Lena Younes

Lena is a singer-songwriter, yoga facilitator and breathworker based in Southern Portugal. Her vision is to weave voice, breath and movement together, inviting us all to dream and breathe a little deeper as we find a sense of connection, joy and peace, and rediscover our inner child. Using the voice to express feelings is an age-old remedy for almost anything - and often there is a catalyst that invites an explosion of creativity after a creative void. For Lena, that catalyst was the Breath - after her first week of conscious connected breathing (Transformational Breath), songs started to pour out and have been a constant companion through her journey into motherhood, loss and transformation since then. As an E-RYT500 yoga facilitator and trainer, Lena has been teaching Ashtanga, Rocket and Yin Yoga for almost ten years. She is a certified Transformational Breath facilitator and group leader and has a background in History and Theatre Studies. Lena is currently recording her first full-length album of songs written over the course of about four years, titled Ways of the Dreamer, with a planned release for early 2025. 2021 and 2022 saw the release of her first four singles: ‘Hold Your Heart’, ‘Wild Unknown’, ‘I Am the Land’, and ‘Fallen Leaves’. She organises Transformational Breath seminars and trainings in the Algarve, Portugal, and is part of an international collective of yoga studios and locations, Inbodhi - A Yoga Circle.

We come together and connect with, honour and celebrate the Sacred Feminine, that divine, life giving, nurturing, life sustaining, intuitive, creative, instinctual aspect of ourselves. We will journey to access an archetypal representation of the sacred feminine and her medicine, which can individually range from the Earth Mother, over the Goddess in her many aspects, to more contemporary forms. But, no matter how the sacred feminine represents itself within us and to us, it carries the earth-based wisdom of sacred life within it. Once we have each found our specific, individual representation and explored her medicine, we dance and move her energy through us, and create a ceremony to celebrate the sacred feminine within and without. Georgie Ashara

This workshop invites women to reconnect with the innate wisdom of their bodies, especially the womb, through an embodied dance practice that blends ancient Taoist Inner Alchemy Qi Gong with somatic movement. Womb Qi creates a sacred space where energy flows freely, dissolving tension, clearing old imprints, and awakening sensual and creative expression. The workshop closes with a Divine Mother Soundscape, weaving light language and healing tones attuned to the feminine frequency. This sacred sound journey soothes the nervous system, harmonises energy, and opens the heart to deeper connection, leaving participants feeling nourished, whole, and in tune with their essence. This offering welcomes women of all backgrounds and experience levels, providing a gentle yet powerful space to move, release, and remember the beauty of their feminine essence. Holding space at the Heart Of The Hive. Since childhood, I’ve held vivid memories of past lives and an innate connection to the unseen. I recall walking the sacred lands of Avalon as a Rose Sister, devoted to the wisdom of the Divine Feminine. Throughout my life, I’ve received spontaneous initiations—deep remembrances that awakened something ancient within me and guided me toward the path of womb wisdom and feminine healing. These experiences led me to study Tao Tantra and the sacred feminine arts, where I learned the profound practices of womb healing, jade egg cultivation, and somatic repatterning. Through these teachings, I discovered how to balance the body’s energy, awaken dormant gifts, and reclaim the deep sensual power that lives within every woman. Now, I share this wisdom through Qi Dance, Ecstatic Womb classes, and 1:1 Tao Tantra mentorships, creating spaces where women can return to their bodies, unravel old imprints, and step into their full, radiant expression. My work is about remembrance—guiding women back to their innate power, creativity, and connection to the sacred. At Medicine Woman, I hope to share these transformative practices, weaving movement, breath, and energetic activation to help women heal, embody their feminine essence, and reconnect to the ancient wisdom within.

Kirstie O’Leary

Willow Weaving - Weave a sacred vessel filled with your prayers... " Kirstie O’Leary. BCST I have been a bodyworker for over 20 years and have a passion for working with the body and do so intuitively, from the heart. I have always enjoyed the simple things in life and have always felt held and supported in nature. It is this that inspires both my work with the body and with basket making. Therapies Initially I studied various forms of massage – from Ayurvedic Abhyanga to Russian Altai – my hands singing with techniques, caressing powders and oils to relax or rejuvenate muscles and beings. I continued to study other modalities and explore further into body work. I travelled to Brazil to learn Bioenergetics before I returned to England to study Craniosacral Biodynamic Therapy. My journey continued and led me to TRE (Tension, Stress and Trauma Release Exercise). Baskets I have been making baskets from willow for many years, initially as a hobby and then in 2020 I dived in deeper to expand my skills, being guided by some very inspiring teachers, Hanna Van Aelst and Ane Lyngsgaard to improve my basketry skills and now I make baskets regularly and teach basket making from my home in Devon. My Passion I like to offer a nourishing, relaxing space to people when they come for a treatment with me. A space where the body can relax and feel held, allowing the tensions to release. I can work deeply into the muscles to release tensions or I can give a more gentle, nourishing, soothing treatment. On my basket making workshops I love to create a space that feels nourishing and held, allowing the creative energies to flow, I can guide you to make your ‘perfect’ basket or you can allow the basket to unfold as it wants to through out the day. My Ethics I have a strict code of confidentiality and stand by this through our sessions. "

Bella Lilley

Wild Moon Voice Journey held at Sacred Fire "My life so far has been a weave of music and movement, healing practices and processes, mothering and a deep connection to our indigenous roots and the land. I see myself primarily as a mother and nurturer (I have 3 daughters) and I bring the same qualities of care, compassion and holding into my work with the voice. I am very inspired by time spent in Africa where family, community, song and dance are all woven together as a natural part of living and this is a strong thread in my facilitation style. Early experiences of death in my family and the subsequent journeys of grief and integration have also had a strong influence in my work and deepened my capacity to hold others in the full spectrum of their human experience. I’ve been facilitating spaces for singers for 20 years and working with individuals for 8 years. I trained in ethnomusicology at SOAS, toured with Ombiviolum and Avalon Roots, worked with Devon community music organisations Wren music and Shumba Arts for many years. I ran highly successful Singing Sistas groups for mothers and their children in Stroud for several years and have run 4 years of music and cultural immersion camps at Kankeling Garden in The Gambia. I have worked with Fiona Shaw (www.birthingthesoul.co.uk) for many years which has supported me on my own healing journey and in developing my connection with the world of spirit. I have learned to support others in their deep inner process of transformation and integration through expression, connection to exiled parts of themselves and connection spirit and ancestral wisdom. Bella Lilley Live Singing Improvisation I have trained with Briony Greenhill in CVI (collaborative vocal improvisation), with the macrobiotic school in macrobiotic and life counselling, with The Selfheal School in herbalism , in NLP, reiki and self-compassion. I am currently entering into study of VMT (voice movement therapy) and am excited about the new possibilities this will add to my work. I have recently moved to South Devon and am beginning a new programme of workshops, classes and events here. I sing with the Devon Singers Collective and am in the process of writing my own solo material."

Abigail Hinds

A workshop all about the breasts and how to care for them long term. We will go over the lymphatic rivers of life that flow through the breasts; where these rivers flow, how they work, and ways to support their free flowing nature. Keeping these rivers clear, nourished and flowing is essential for immune health, emotional attunement, and connection to our feminine channel of wisdom and love. And it is the KEY to keeping the breasts healthy and clear of dis-ease for the long term. Together we will go through a self-breast massage flow that you can take home with you and practice on your own to support your breast health. We will also have a council of the heart sharing circle, to have the opportunity to share some of your breast journey Our breasts are ALIVE. They are fluid and flowing in nature. They are awaiting us to meet them with presence and care. From practical tools, to the mystical realms, we will touch on many dimensions of breast health and what it means to become stewards of the rivers of life that flow through our chests. Held in the Selkie’s Sanctuary. Abigail is a wisdom keeper of feminine healing lineages, and bone deep ancestral medicines, that nourish the life-giving creative powers of the heart, womb, and soul. Abigail specialises in Holistic Breast Care & Massage, Whale Womb Healing, Animal Medicine, and Sensual Soul Embodiment Arts. In the past 7 years of being immersed in this field, she has massaged hundreds of women’s breasts, and taught workshops all over the US. Her offerings support women to nourish their wild roots, and open to the wellspring of their feminine magic, so they can walk their unique path of soul. As a songstress, Abigail channels soulful medicine music, mermaid melodies, and the voice of the Whales. She collaborates with the Whales for water tending and womb healing. As a weaver and artist, Abigail creates practical and mystical pieces of beauty and medicine. Revitalising the wisdom of ancestral arts, she weaves with the animals and medicines of the earth, crafting drums, rattles, feather wands, jewellery, and prayerful adornments.

Lou Moisan + Coral

More than just a workshop, it is a ceremony and a sacred gift of sisterhood for women. Divided into 2 parts : The first part is dedicated to the rose medicine. We open the space with a sharing circle, and then the rose ceremony takes place. This includes a meditation on the rose (each woman chooses a rose that is calling her, and we invite her to meditate on the rose as a reflection of herself). Then, in a sharing circle, each woman will express out loud what no longer belongs to her by removing a leaf from the rose, symbolising what she wishes to release. This opens the space for the second part of the workshop. The second part is the yoni steam ceremony which lasts about 15 minutes, during which songs are sung with the drum (voice activation), followed by a time of meditation. It is a gateway to beautiful healing, for our body and our yoni, as we unite within ourselves and heal together as a women’s tribe. At the end of the yoni steam ceremony, each woman will lie down on the floor mat and take the time to enjoy the soft release and rest, integrating this gentle and powerful moment with a sound healing session using Tibetan and crystal bowls. To close the workshop, we will share rose tea and hold a final sharing circle. This is a space that allows women to have a unique experience of sisterhood, to come and settle down, to free themselves in safety and gentleness. It is a powerful experience for a woman, and doing it in a circle with other women and at a gathering makes it even more unique and special. I'm leading this workshop with Coral to maintain a safe space and allowing sisters to navigate deeper. Coral is a medicine woman and eternal student from Israel. She is a certified therapist and sexuality facilitator, a graduate of the Israeli Oneg College for Sacred Sexuality, and has trained in the Agama and Hirdaya tantric schools. Coral is also a certified movement therapy instructor and a Theta Healing practitioner. She practices meditative movement, such as Tantric yoga and Chi-Gong, as well as shamanic sacred dance. Coral has learned indigenous teachings from various groups worldwide, with whom she has lived, and she strives to spread the medicine of connection and love for the Earth and all creation. Through meetings, connecting hearts, and deep work, she helps others recognize that all healing exists within us and can be accessed with playfulness, gratitude, and pleasure.

"As a multi-instrumentalist, I create sacred soundscapes with my loop-station, blending my voice with the violin and a variety of other instruments. When I sing mantras, I feel the profound beauty of unity—a connection so honest and pure that it transcends words, sharing moments of sound and stillness, remembering our true essence through the healing power of music and mantras. "Walking and feeling" through your beautiful videos and photos I sensed a strong energy of sharing and giving, honest connection with our selves and one another and deeply resonated with your spirit, as it is my deepest intention to create realms of sound, to safely explore the depths of our heart and truly feel our essence. Having spent more than 25 years on stage, I toured all over Europe, sharing my music in spaces as diverse as intimate gatherings, countless festivals and events such as the "Annual Summer Festival" of the Federal President of Germany. Music has been my lifelong journey—a path that has taken me through the creation of three records (released with Warner Music and Sony Columbia), appearances on numerous TV & talk shows, radio and German print media."

Molly-Anne Chinner

Hailing from the enchanted landscapes of South West England, Molly’s music weaves threads of a sweet British folk sound with her work in ambient, healing, devotional and world music genres to offer a soulful and mystical listening journey as a celebration of sound as healing, and song as a guided remembering of the Earth and language of universal love. After awakening to the powers of Yoga and Meditation in 2017, Molly’s music carries a reverent nod to Eastern mysticism and Western mythic storytelling, incorporating elements of Bhakti Yoga (devotion), Nada Yoga (sound healing) and sacred Mantra with the ancient heartbeat and fairy stories of her beloved wild homeland islands to re-member our sacred connection to the voice of the One Earth. Her signature sound weaves together the powers of devotional and medicinal music with looped angelic vocals and her beloved crystal singing bowls with traditional folk storytelling, drums and ethereal, healing soundscapes to return us to ourselves as children of the stars, sun, moon and guardians of Gaia.

Using therapeutic massage and holistic bodywork techniques, I give particular attention to areas that are in pain or discomfort and calling for relief. I support you to connect more fully with your well-being and the wisdom in your body."

"My journey into holistic health started during university, where podcasts enlightened me to the power of lifestyle medicine. During the years since then I have explored and delved deeper into these practices, and discovered the world of alternative healing therapies, which have undoubtedly made me a much happier, healthier and more integrated person. It is from this embodied place, of ongoing learning, curiosity and experience on my own healing journey, that I seek to offer these therapies to others. After years of yoga and other movement practices, my first bodywork training with the Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Institute gave me an introductory understanding of the physical body. However, in giving and receiving bodywork I have experienced how our emotional and energetic bodies are inextricably linked to the physical, which informs my approach to this work, creating sessions in which people are allowed time and space to connect deeply with themselves through their bodies. Over the years through experience, continuing professional development trainings and private tutoring, I have picked up elements of other types of bodywork, such as John F Barnes myofascial release and Esalen-inspired ‘Cosmic Bodies’, expanding my vocabulary of touch and I now weave all these techniques together in my integrative bodywork sessions. As well as this, training with the Abdominal Therapy Collective in Arvigo Abdominal Massage has allowed me to specialise in this area of the body, and in particular women’s health related to our menstrual cycle. This modality has been hugely transformative for my own healing journey working with digestive issues, very painful periods, stress, anxiety and depressive episodes, and I’m very passionate about sharing this information with other women. I have been a musician for most of my life, and my upbringing of classical music training has now evolved into the ceremonial and spiritual realms. Often informed by earth-based traditions, my music is medicinal and devotional, my main instruments being the pedal harp, the guitar, and my voice. Training with Hoppi Wimbush in Sound Healing has felt like a natural progression of this journey, utilising my instrumental skill and developed sense of hearing to work with sound as a healing tool. I now work with a large range of instruments in sound healing and offer regular sound baths to the wider West Wales community and on retreats. Since engaging with the Energy Healing work of Barbara Ann Brennan, a new breadth and depth has been added to my understanding of health on all levels; physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. ‘Hands of Light’ energy healing has informed my understanding of the mysterious nature of life, expanding my awareness beyond just the physical and mundane, and I am in ongoing studies with St Raphael’s School of the Healing Arts. Working with the auric field and developing my relationship with the energy centres in the body, the energy of the elements, and energies all around us, forms the fundamental basis which brings together all aspects of my life and my work."

Hannah Beetham

Hannah at The Soul Shack Yoga and Therapies is a fully certified and insured complementary therapist and yoga teacher. Hannah’s approach as a therapist slowly shifted over the years, she works with a holistic approach, viewing each client as a unique individual with differing needs. Her background as a comprehensively trained yoga teacher means that she has a firm grounding in anatomy, but more of interest is what the body is saying, how the muscle and fascia moves and responds. Hannah works in an intuitive way, listening to the body, watching the movement and breath and working with what she finds. There is no set routine or rigid method, but an effective blend of styles supporting each person holistically. Hannah is trained in massage, aromatherapy, Indian Head massage and reflexology, as well as pregnancy massage and reflexology, cupping massage and myofascial release. She hopes to provide a warm welcome with a gentle, open-minded approach when you arrive, and for you to feel very much better when you leave. Hannah has massaged (and taught yoga!) at festivals, retreats, studios, corporate venues and for charities as well as one to one sessions to people with range of issues, from fibromyalgia and chronic pain to mental health issues. She doesn’t know everything (but loves a bit of research) and believes in an honest approach - she has lovely working relationships with other practitioners in the area and is more than happy to signpost you should you need it - massage is very much an individual thing and if Hannah were everyone’s cup of tea, she’d be a mug.
